You’ll roll up your sleeves and join in every step of the way. You'll learn how to knead soft, fluffy flatbread using a tried and tested family recipe, how to marinate chicken gyros, and choose between grilled chicken gyros, juicy pork gyros, and flavorful vegetarian mushroom gyros. You will also learn how to prepare the perfect dips, from refreshing tzatziki to spicy feta spread. For a sweet finish to your feast, you will prepare a Greek-style cheesecake that is sure to impress. Unlimited drinks - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic - are provided throughout the course, keeping the conversation lively while you laugh, learn, and enjoy the flavors of Greece. Kids will love getting active in the kitchen, and parents will appreciate the authentic techniques and recipes to take home.
