Nonstop flights from New York (Newark) to Athens, Greece
Good… actually FANTASTIC news!
On October 12, 2015, United Airlines announced that in 2016, they are adding daily trans-Atlantic summer-season service between New York/Newark and Athens, Greece.
Specifically, United’s daily nonstop service between Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Athens (ATH) will operate using Boeing 767-300 aircraft. The service will operate from May 25, 2016 through October 5, 2016.

UA125 | ATH | EWR | 12:30 p.m. Daily | 4:30 p.m. the same day |
Flight times will be 9 hours 50 minutes eastbound and 11 hours westbound.
All services are subject to government approval.
