YEP! This is possible, however, here are a few things to keep in mind which might include your decision.

1. It will not be cheap... it will definitely be convenient but it will not be cheap. Actually, if you only have one day and cannot stay overnight in Santorini that is the best solution (unless you take a private plane or helicopter).
2. Ferry is not an option: The ferry schedule is not convenient as the latest fast ferry leaves Santorini too early and the earliest ferry arriving from Mykonos does not arrive early. That leaves you with almost no time to see Santorini.
3. You will need around 3 hours to arrive from Mykonos to Santorini, so you can spend the whole day there. The earlier you start the better.
4. In terms of departure, it is not possible to depart too late due to local regulations. The suggested time would be around 17:00 to 17:30 pm, so that you return with daylight back to Mykonos.
5. The duration of the cruise from Mykonos to Santorini is 3hrs. We might need some extra time extra for Guests' disembarkation and Embarkation in Amoudi.
6. We recommend that due to a large number of passengers there is a water-taxi to bring guests from the yacht to the Amoudi port, in case the port is crowded so that they can have more time for sightseeing. (Captains can arrange for this)
7. You will have around 4hrs- or 5hrs in Santorini, if you start at 09:00 am from Mykonos.
8. If you are staying multiple days in Mykonos, it is better to plan early your day trip to Santorini, just in case of bad weather we need to postpone the cruise to another day. July/ Aug is a period that can be quite windy to cruise. Ask about the cancelation policy in advance.
