Lost Atlantis Museum

Is the Lost Atlantis museum in Santorini worth it? We're visiting the island with our two kids (12 and 10 y.o) for a week in July.

Good evening from Greece. That's a great question, asked by many parents that are about to visit the island with kids.

In our opinion, the museum is worth it! You should know that "The Lost Atlantis Experience Museum" is a brand new museum as it opened its doors in May 2020. It is the first museum worldwide dedicated to Lost Atlantis and is located in a 700 square meter facility in the village of Megalochori.

Among the highlights of the museum is definitely the 9D experience and the animated hologram of Plato. You can actually discuss with Plato. In other words, it is time discuss his theory that Santorini could be the origin of the Atlantis myth.
