Which Island To Visit With My Family? Any Recommendations?

Hi there! We are a family from New York and we are interested in a mini vacation in Greece! It would be me, my husband, and 2 girls (ages 5 and 8). We will be in Greece in the summer and are looking to go on an island 8/2 - 8/7.

I was thinking of Crete or Corfu. However, I am open to suggestions

To be honest, Crete might be a very good choice as it is large enough and there are so many things you can do with kids of all ages! I think you should focus on the area around Chania (West) or in Elounda (East). Also, there are lots of nice hotels in the area around Heraklion but beaches are not ideal, if that is very important to you.

That sounds great! We are looking for more of a relaxing vacation. For this reason, a nice beachfront hotel with a pool is a must for us!

What we need is to be by the beach but also walk around in towns and eat good food! So, can you help us book a hotel?
