On our Stargazing in Chania tour, you can enjoy an unforgettable evening learning about the Greek Gods & Mythological Constellations and enjoying a traditional Minoan meal — all in a very special stargazing spot in Chania.
You’ll make your way to the courtyard of a winery to enjoy a traditional Minoan meal under the stars. Find out what the Minoans used for a tasty meal and how they prepared it. You can continue discussing the history and mythology of the Minoans while looking up at the night sky.
You will be accompanied by a local astronomer, who is an expert storyteller, who knows all there is to know about Greek mythology. By observing the stars, you’ll learn how to identify some of the most important constellations, then find out about their place in mythology.
A cosmic evening for all, this tour is a great way to introduce a bit of wonder and mystery into your time in Chania.
