On this tour, you have the chance to visit a historic organic farm and its biodynamic vineyard.

Experience the famous hospitality of Mykonian locals and a slower, more traditional pace of life. This dynamic tour consists of three parts, with unique culinary and cultural experiences. Perfect for the whole family, children will love roaming through the countryside while parents will no doubt enjoy an exclusive wine tasting at the lush vineyard.

1. Wine Tasting, accompanied by local Cycladic products

You’ll start the tour with a wine tasting, sampling three varieties of local wine. In addition, you can select from a special menu to accompany your tasting, choosing between a full or light meal depending on your preference. The wine tasting and culinary experience lasts 1 hour with a light meal choice, and 1 3/4 hours with a full meal.

2. Home Cooking Demonstration

An optional addition to the Wine Tasting, in this activity we will show you how to make two of the most popular traditional appetizers: tzatziki and Mykonian “mostra”; a combination of rusk, kopanisti sauce, tomato, olive oil, capers, and olives. If you’d like, your family is invited to assist in their preparation (duration: approximately 30 minutes).

3. Vineyard Tour, Animal Petting, and Photography

For those who want to learn more about the vineyard, farm life, and traditional farming practices, the Vineyard Tour is an immersive journey around the property. Discover the farm’s methods and produce the wines made from its grapes, and the island’s wine-making history. If you are interested in learning more about the vineyard, you are cordially invited to join a talk about the farm, the wines, and climatic and agricultural peculiarities. This tour could be either in a small group or private (duration: approximately 30 minutes).

During the Vineyard Tour, children will have the chance to meet the residents: the friendly farm animals! They can feed them, pet them, and take memorable photos! The farm is home to goats, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, cats, dogs, and the local celebrities “Marika” the donkey, and “Marousso” the sheep!

Optionally, while adults enjoy the wine tasting, there is the option for the kids to do a bicycle tour (at least one adult is required).
