OPTION 1: PRIVATE MYTHOLOGY TOUR IN ANCIENT OLYMPIA (WITH TRANSFER)

First Activity: Olympia Tour (2 hours)

Ancient Olympia, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that survives until today in a uniquely beautiful location.

• Your guide will take you around as you learn more about the birthplace of the Olympic Games.
• Explore the Ancient Stadium and the temples of Zeus and Hera as you wander around the land where the Olympic torch is still lit every four years.
• Visit the impressive Archaeological Museum, full of marble statues and amazing relics of the era.

Second Activity: Have a swim at Agios Andreas beach at Skafidia bay.

• Visit an Olive Oil Workshop to see how the famous Greek olives are made into various blends of olive oil. Learn about this ancient tradition and taste different olive oils as you learn about their health benefits and nutritional value.
• Enjoy a Honey tasting and mini cooking class. Participate in making Greek diples – a typical sweet of the area made with crispy dough, honey, and crushed walnuts. A favorite for all those with a sweet tooth!
