"My family thoroughly enjoyed the trip and we thank Maria and KLG for helping us plan our annual trip!"

This is my second family trip with (Kids Love Greece) KLG and we plan to use their services again when we return to Greece. It was easy to communicate and this trip Maria was able to help us maneuver the different aspects of traveling in offseason in November, during Greek Holidays and cruise ship tour days. She also helped us decide on different activities based on our children's ages and interests. One example is making time between a long tour for our family to get a quick lunch. Akrivi and Foetini were excellent choices as guides in Chania and Heraklion. Akrivi spoke to my daughter at her level and kept her interest up during the tour. My son enjoyed using the 3D device to help see what the different sites we toured looked like back in antiquity. My son especially loved the bull leaping simulation.

About Private Mythological tour to the Acropolis and Ancient Agora

"It was a great tour!"

Although the weather was windy especially when we reached the summit (Acropolis) at the end of our tour, but we really enjoyed it. We took very nice photos and knew a lot about the Greek myths. In addition to that Marialena took us first to Plaka, and we could go there by our own on the next day. We were definitely blessed that we chose our first day in Greece to be the day of our tour because the following 3 days were rainy, and we had to cancel many of our outside plans! Marialena is a nice tour guide. She planned the tour well considering our delay and the time of closure of the museum. Thank you and send our warm greetings to Marialena.

About Accommodation and Percy Jackson Tours in Athens, Delphi, Argolis and Crete

"My daughter now has Greece on her bucket list for when she goes travelling in a few years!"

I travelled to Greece with my teenage son on a bit of an ancient history / percy jackson tour - that was tailored to our needs. Kids Love Greece helped us choose great accommodation, which put us in the best locations with wonderful hosts. All of the drivers and guides went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after, and their expertise and experience meant we avoided big crowds, queues, and saw the best of each site. Travelling as a single parent, I was able to relax and enjoy the trip, without worrying about how to navigate a strange city, negotiate for guides or taxis etc ? I felt we were able to make the most of the precious few days we had there. Kids Love Greece organised our time in Greece so well. Our flight was delayed more than 8 hours by a horrendous storm - what a surprise and relief to still have our driver waiting for us on our first night arriving in Athens so late. The hotel in Athens was fantastic ? modern, casual, delicious breakfast and in such a great location. I am recommending it to anyone we know who is going to Athens. We were very thankful on that first night to have excellent restaurants right across the road ? it was torrential rain, 11.30pm and the place was still buzzing! Evita our guide was a treasure trove of knowledge and so lovely! She was very sensitive to how we were going and adjusted our time together accordingly. Given we missed a whole afternoon on our first day, it was wonderful that she included a visit to the Agora for us on our Acropolis tour. It was actually a highlight of our tour. We also really enjoyed the trip to Delphi ? and I was so glad I wasn?t driving as it was still raining heavily that day (but eased off to a drizzle when we arrived in Delphi ? the weather just made it all the more dramatic and mythical in the mist). What can I say about Vi Vi? We think her name is short for Vivacious, not Evita!! She is such a great story teller, so engaging and passionate. I could have listened to her all day. Staying in Nafplio was magical, and we loved the view, and our very hospitable hosts at the Mariana. It is just the perfect sized town for shopping and exploring and eating ? we loved it! Mycenae and Epidaurus were amazing. Our trip just kept getting better and better! The hosts at the Alcanea Boutique welcomed us so well ? were never in a rush but took the time to sit with us and help plan our time there, and look after our every need (even arriving so late as we did). They felt like family after only a few nights there. Out the front where we ate breakfast was such a lovely spot to view the harbour and wake up to the day. And their home-cooked pastries and pies were amazing. Of course my son loved the knife shops and we had to come home with one! We hired a car and drove around Akrotiri ? Seitan Limania was a highlight, after I managed to scramble down the cliff ? just like the Kri kri we found down there! Finally, our guide Akrivi was terrific in taking us through the museum and Palace in Heraklion. She helped orient us to where we were in town and gave us tips for what to see and do ? and most importantly ? where to find the best gelato! I?ve already been spreading the word about how much we loved Greece, and our experience through your tours. My daughter now has Greece on her bucket list for when she goes travelling in a few years!
