Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to keep our kids (9,12) engaged. I would also HIGHLY recommend getting the ipads with the tour. They allowed our kids (and the adults!) to see and walk through the buildings as they would've looked thousands of years ago. It helped to really understand what we were looking at. Depending on when you go, I would also recommend going as early in the day as the guide can take you, not only because of the heat but also because of the crowds. We thought 8:00am might be a little too early for us so we booked a 9:00am tour but even by 9:00 the crowds were huge. Our guide said that she does tours as early as 8:00am and it is much quieter at that hour.

What a glowing review! If the kids are early risers, we also suggest to families to visit the Acropolis as early in the morning as possible. Of course an afternoon visit is also highly recommended, when the tourists thin and the temperatures are not high during summer,

Kids Love Greece did an outstanding job. They followed up promptly to inquiries, booking was easy, and the entire process was incredibly well organized. The tours themselves were some of the best experiences of our lives. My daughters are very young (7 and 3), and we're so glad we planned activities through Kids Love Greece!
Our tour of the Acropolis provided a wonderful guide for my kids, who had a great time for the entire 2 hours. My husband and I had our own guide, an expert who taught us so much. Thanks to the way it was organized, we skipped the long ticket line and we were with out kids but weren't distracted by them and could really enjoy the Acropolis. It was a hot, crowded summer morning, but it was like we were in our own world.
We also did the semiprivate, 5 hr sunset sail, which was fantastic. The crew was great, very attentive and pleasant. There were a few other people but it actually made for fun conversations and didn't feel crowded at all. The meal was huge and absolutely delicious and exceeded everyone's expectations.
We look forward to returning to Greece and enjoying more of Kids Love Greece's tours!

About Sailing Tour to Athens Riviera
"I am so glad we went on the cruise!"
The weather was fantastic, the boat was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the crew was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly, from the van ride to the boat and back on the van. It struck me as a little odd that there were no life jackets in sight, even with kids aboard; though I'll admit it was also a bit of relief not to have to hassle with them, either. (Apparently, they did have some on board, I just didn't think to ask when they might have been useful during the swimming stops. Oh, well.) They did, however, offer snorkel masks, so that made our son O's day! The net across the back of the boat was a pleasant surprise, and a fun and safe place for our three young kids to hang out. There wasn't much to the "historical narrations," but that wasn't a big deal. The two crewmen were so pleasant, attentive and helpful (without making us feel like bad parents ;); they spoke great English and were fantastic cooks. I am so glad we went on the cruise!

Life vests are always on board, it is compulsory (although I agree that kids do not like themm but safety comes first). I really hope we have the opportunity to see you back to Greece in the future . So many myths to be told to your kids!
