Your day will consist first of a hike across the gorge. The whole area is surrounded by pink oleanders, indigenous wildlife, and stunning panoramic views of the sea. There’ll be a bit of climbing and scrambling involved — but don’t worry. It’s an easy trek perfect for the whole family.

Then, you’ll slowly start making your way down to Agiofarago Beach, a secluded cove that once used to shelter the monks of the nearby monasteries. After arriving at the beach, you’ll be blown away by its beauty. The crystal-clear waters of the Libyan Sea are some of the purest in the world, perfect for a refreshing dive after your hike.

Afterwards, you’ll be taken to visit a secret cave — the former house of a monk and local hero of the Greek Revolution. There, you’ll discover a natural lagoon that connects the cave with an underground passage to the endless sea.
