Where to stay in Milos with Kids

Cycladic Milos is unspoiled, authentic, and genuine. This is the Greek island that Greeks themselves long to visit, and one which is highly worthy of consideration when planning a family vacation in Greece. If you don’t know where to stay, don’t worry. We have listed our favorite recommended family accommodation on Milos island for you!

Delmar Apartments & Suites

One step away from the beach, stylish Delmar Apartments & Suites is located in Pollonia village. The accommodation is near the restaurants and the shops and has on-site easy parking. Delmar Apartments & Suites offers Cycladic style rooms with splashes of color.

There is a large choice in accommodation styles but for families, we recommend the Superior Family Suite or the Beach front villa. Each apartment is air-conditioned with a kitchen, fridge, and TV. Daily maid service is provided as well as a handmade breakfast prepared with local products. Baby cots are available free of charge. The port and airport are a 10-minute drive away.

Perla Rooms

The comfortable Perla Rooms have a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea and Kimolos island. The rooms are located right on the beachfront of Pollonia and offer a garden and Cycladic architecture. All studios and apartments feature a flat-screen TV and built-in beds.

They also have a kitchenette and a bathroom with a built-in shower and a hairdryer. For families, we recommend the Superior One-Bedroom Apartment. Nearby are restaurants, cafés, and a mini-market. Adamas is 12 km away. Gorgeous design, comfortable, and everything that you will need is available in Perla Rooms!

Artemis Deluxe Rooms

Located near the old village, Artemis Deluxe Rooms is an excellent accommodation for families. Just 50 m from the beach, the hotel is located in Paliochori. It features a swimming pool and sun terrace as well as air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and a terrace or balcony with sea or garden views. Each unit has a microwave and a fridge.

Featuring a shower, the bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. We love the pool bar and private beach. For families, we recommend the Deluxe Family Suite, suitable for 4 persons. Artemis Deluxe Rooms is for people who love the beach, a simple but delicious breakfast, and a pool. A little slice of heaven!

Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel

Perched on a cliff offering panoramic sea views, the 4-star Milos Breeze Boutique Hotel is located in Pollonia and features an overflow swimming pool and an on-site bar. It offers minimal, Cycladic-style accommodation with views over the Aegean Sea. All units at Milos Breeze open to a balcony or terrace and include a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a laptop safe.

There is also a luxurious bathroom with branded toiletries, slippers, and a hairdryer. Some units come with a private pool or a spa bath. Families can start their day with a rich breakfast including Greek yogurt, organic honey, and traditional flavors, served daily at the sea-view terrace.

Nefeli Sunset Studios

Located in Pollonia, the excellent Nefeli Sunset Studios are a small family-run property in a modern complex featuring traditional Cycladic architecture. The studios are comfortable and offer a relaxing environment with Greek hospitality and a friendly approach.

The beautiful location provides extraordinary sunsets which can be enjoyed from the balconies, terraces, and garden. Set up with care and good taste, the typically designed buildings of this hotel guarantee a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Psaravolada

Offering a restaurant and a snack bar, the traditionally built Psaravolada Resort is just 500 m from Agia Kyriaki Beach. It features air-conditioned accommodation with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Free WiFi is available in all areas.

Opening to a patio or a terrace, all ground-floor studios and 1-bedroom apartments of Psaravolada come with a seating area with TV or a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Each has a kitchenette with hobs or mini oven. A hairdryer and free toiletries are included. Families can enjoy light meals and refreshing beverages at the on-site snack bar. Lunch and dinner are served at the restaurant. A café bar and a restaurant can be found within a short walk.

Santa Maria Suites

Located in Adamas, just 350 m from a sandy beach, Santa Maria Village features a pool with hydromassage jets, and a poolside bar serving cocktails with views over the Aegean Sea. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and balcony or patio overlooking the garden, the pool or the sea.

There is also a hot tub by the pool. The rooms are quiet, clean and pretty. It’s a short walk to Adamas but far enough away for peace and quiet. The grounds are nicely kept and the pool is large.

Miramare Luxury Suites

This unique apartment is located in Pachaina, just a few steps from Kapros Beach. Miramare Luxury Suites provides a beachfront house with a private terrace and free WiFi. The apartment is 40m2 and consists of a 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, a bathroom with everything you would expect in a hotel and a sitting area with dining table and a sofa bed.

A car rental service is available at the apartment. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. We love this accommodation because it is traditional and romantic and near every landmark of the island.
